An achievable introduction to The Pilates Method of mind-body exercise, this special workshop series was designed for people with no prior experience who are committed to developing their skills and strength. We recommend a minimum purchase of 3 classes to ensure safety and facilitate proper technique. Core stability concepts are explained in detail and a new exercise is highlighted each week. Choose this class if you are physically active but have no prior experience, or if you have tried Pilates in the past but found it too challenging.
